We have been going to Blue Zoo for 10 years now. While the food is still fresh, and if you especially like fish, cooked perfectly, the restaurant just seems to have lost some of the excitement and energy it once had. The menu just seems a little stale and needs some updating. The appetizer, salad, and desserts seemed overpriced, main courses fairly priced.

Known for the excellent service! Special thanks to Marc John and Mario for having a great night for our family. Our family of five celebrated my 7th birthday together. They not only prepared a big cake for us, but also cut the children&rsquo;s steak into the right size. The steak was well fried - and the portion was adequate. The service here is the best!!! How to make America better start with Shura&rsquo;s night, well done. Highly recommended to families, it is urgent to come again.

We were disappointed by the Garden Grove at the Swan, and discovered Picabu at the Dolphin. I had a burrito bowl for dinner and it was excellent. One of my kids ordered chicken tenders and they were delivered hot and fresh. Most everything at the cafeteria line is made to order and it&#39;s really tasty. It&#39;s also nice that at the check-out area they have a large variety of snacks and packaged items you can buy. It&#39;s open 24 hours which is a great convenience.

I typically like to try a new place that has a pricey menu at a time when it might be a little less expensive, like lunch or happy hour, and Blue Zoo had what seemed to be a good fit for that. They run a Happy hour that offered some inexpensive apps and discounted drink prices and a lounge menu that had a handful of items from he main menu as well as a burger and a bunch of tasting items. The experience started off poorly as our server was inattentive at best and practically disappeared for most of the time. To start we ordered a couple of glasses of house white wine, and waters for my wife and son. We then placed our order a few minutes later while waiting for our drinks, the BZ burger and crab nachos for all of us to split. It took the server a while to return with the drinks and when she did, she placed them down and before we could remark that she forgot one water she was off to another table to drop their waters and take their order. It was at this point she practically vanished. The wines had come out way above acceptable temperature (perhaps poured into glasses that were warm from just being washed) and I tried to look for our server a number of time to see if we could just get some ice for the wine and my wife&#39;s water. Fast forward 10 - 15 minutes and the food was brought to our table by a food runner (still no sign of our waitress) and we asked him to ask our waitress for a couple of glasses of ice. She came a couple of minutes later with the ice and we really hadn&#39;t had much of a chance to taste either dish fully so we hadn&#39;t really formed an opinion and simply said everything was ok for now. Sadly to say it wasn&#39;t ok. While the burger was cooked well, either the mustard aioli or the type of pickles used gave the burger way too sweet of a taste. Luckily our 8 year old son was very hungry and he just doused the burger in ketchup. The fries that came with the burger were ok flavor wise but were just lukewarm. My husband wanted to try this place so we had dinner with our young son. The staff was gracious and accomodating but we were very disappointed with the food, most of it was undercooked, even after I specifically asked my server to tell the chef I preferred my fish slightly overdone. Not only that but the seasonings were not well thought out and overused.

Mainly French food, the waiters in the store are French, there is an illusion of instant arrival in France, according to the waiter recommended the dishes, so basically no thunder, the taste is not bad, especially the lobster soup, the soup is very rich, recommended to everyone.
